ST STEPHEN’S NOW IN COMMUNION WITH MILLIONS
OF ANGLICANS WORLDWIDE December 7, 2009
New Bylaws adopted November 29, 2009
Under the new bylaws the Annual Parish Meeting was held also on November 29, 2009.
At this meeting the Parish elected new members of the vestry
including Briton Tarrance age 17. The Parish continues in discernment
seeking the Anglican affiliation to which the Holy Ghost is directing it.
At a special called meeting of the parish on July 5, 2009 in full compliance
with the bylaws of the corporation, St. Stephen’s Anglican Church, Inc.
voted to disassociate from the Diocese of the Missouri Valley of the Anglican Church of America.

The parish continues its affiliation with Forward in Faith-North America.
For the next several months the parish will be in prayerful discernment to learn
to which Anglican jurisdiction the Holy Ghost is leading it.
